Although we try to keep our delivery charges as low as possible they have rocketed over the year. We are quite happy for you to pick up any items from us here at: Unit 8, Brentford Business Centre, Commerce Road, Brentford TW8 8LG
. Fruit cannot be delivered on Mondays or in December.

- We require a full postal code and telephone number of the recipient to assist successful delivery. Mainland UK Monday to Friday deliveries are charged at rates in Delivery Options. Next day delivery on non perishable orders placed by 3.00pm the previous day Monday to Friday.Fruit orders by 1.00pm
- A signature is required on receipt so we advise that the parcel be delivered to an address where someone will be in. In the event of no-one being there to sign for it then a card will be left and the recipient should call the courier for re delivery. In the event of a package being returned to us, an extra charge will be made for re delivery.
- We send all our baskets by the most trackable services and can obtain the name of the recipient and time of delivery.Once a delivery has been made to a correct address and signed for, we cannot be responsible for it thereafter.
