Delivery
We require a full postal code and telephone number of the recipient to assist successful delivery. Mainland UK Monday to Friday deliveries are charged at £6.95 per basket. Next day delivery on orders placed by 1.00pm the previous day Monday to Friday.
- Saturday Delivery £20.00
- Same Day West & Central London charged on a mileage basis.
- Diamond next day by 10:30am £24.00. Week days only.
- Scotland and some remote districts can take 48 hours.
We print a multimap to assist with some deliveries.
A signature is required on receipt so we advise that the parcel be delivered to an address where someone will be in. In the event of no-one being there to sign for it then a card will be left and the recipient should call the courier for re delivery. In the event of a package being returned to us, an extra charge will be made for re delivery.
We send all our baskets by the most traceable services and can usually obtain the name of the recipient and time of delivery.Once a delivery has been made to a correct address and signed for, we cannot be responsible for it thereafter.
