Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of a parcel arriving damaged or broken we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Notification may be sent in the form of an email, phone call or in writing by post or fax. Refunds or replacements will then be offered.
If we are given an incorrect address or the recipient has moved then an additional charge of £6.95 will be made for re-direction.
