Laurent Perrier La Cuvée Blanc NV

'La Cuvée' is pale gold in colour with fine bubbles and a generous mousse. It is is full-bodied and creamy, but bright and fresh, with lively citrus, green apple and honeysuckle flavours on the palate. Although it works brilliantly with delicate canapés and seafood, it also makes an elegant aperitif. Best served between 8° and 10°C.

This impressive bubbly from one of the last great family-run Champagne houses is made from 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is a blend of over 100s different crus and up to 30% reserve wines from Laurent Perrier's cellars, to ensure a consistent house style.
