This Extra Brut sparkling wine is made using the traditional methods employed in Champagne, and with it's hints of biscuit and yeast alongside the fruit flavours, it is very much like an Italian 'Champagne'.

Elegant yet forward, this vintage sparkling wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes hand-harvested in English Wine Country. High energy on the nose with a rich body reflecting five years of lees ageing. A well integrated seam of acidity draws the sipper through layers of lemon magnolia and lightly poached apples to a long finish of brioche and gunpowder.

Only ever a Vintage, Dom Pérignon is an act of creation, constantly renewed after each harvest. The 2010 is majestic, ripe, fleshy and profound. Fruit in all its glory. Best served for tasting at 10-12 °C (50-54 °F). Best kept at a steady 11-15 °C (52-59 °F) in a moderately humid, dark place, with no strong odours. Can be enjoyed after many years when stored with care.

Notes of guava and grapefruit zest combine with white peach and nectarine. A beautiful balance of the intriguing flavours typical of Dom Pérignon

The style of the Imperial Brut NV is one that is lively and generous, it distinguishes itself by a bright fruitiness, a seductive palate and an elegant maturity that continually seduces and delights. On the eye Moet & Chandon Imperial is a golden straw yellow with green highlights. The bouquet is vibrant and intense with citrus fruit and green apples at first, followed by fresh mineral nuances and white flowers with elegant blond notes of Brioche and fresh nuts to finish. On the palate it combines subtlety and sumptuousness, flavours of white fleshed fruits such as pears, peach and apple entice you in with the caress of fine bubbles. It then turns very elegant with flavours of citrus fruits such as gooseberry finish of the fireworks in your mouth. A beautiful champagne worth all the attention it gets.

#VeuveClicquotPonsardinYellowLabelBrutChampagne
Pleasing to the nose, reminiscent of white fruits and raisins, then of vanilla and later of brioche. The aroma lingers on the palate, with each spice or fruit note very distinct. Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label manages to reconcile two opposing factors, forcefulness and finesse, and holds them in perfect balance.

'Only one quality, the finest'. This is the motto of the House of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, founded in 1772. This cuvée bears the famous 'Clicquot Yellow' label, a symbol of excellence.

Grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different Crus go into the blending of Brut Yellow Label and The Chef de Caves draws on priceless reserve wines to achieve the total consistency of quality and taste.

Founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot, the house was later taken over by his widow Madame Clicquot at the age of 27 in 1810. #VeuveClicquotRichRoseChampagne
Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé Champagne is a new emphasis on fresh red fruit, by Veuve Clicquot. In the history of Champagne, wines that were blended for greater sweetness were customarily described as “rich”. Even the 1840's bottles of Veuve Clicquot found recently in the Aland Islands had 150 grams per litre of sugar. Historically in Russia, consumers would add sugar to their champagne, thus adding a personal touch to their wine. Today Veuve Clicquot propels this tradition into the contemporary era with Rich Rose, a champagne created expressly by Veuve Clicquot’s wine team, through its dosage expertise, for mixology.

Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose was created expressly to combine with a selection of ingredients that bring out the Clicquologist-in anyone. Mixologists selected the ingredients that will add a unique twist to Veueve Clicquot wine, supported by Dominique Demarville. The signature notes of the wine are magnified by the presence of the possibility to create one’s own tasting experience, Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose Champagne is an exciting way to embody the So Clicquot twist.

Dominique Demarville states that “sugar in champagne is like spices in a recipe, used correctly it can bring out specific aromas and play with taste”.

Founded in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot, the house was later taken over by his widow Madame Clicquot at the age of 27 in 1810. Gardet was established in 1895 by Charles Gardet in Chigny-Les-Roses, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. It was sold to the Prieux family in 2007. The Prieuxs have invested in the business, but wisely retained the features of the style of wine made over the years, only slightly refining it to be a little more forward-drinking with more fruit freshness and balance. The house owns around 7 ha of premier cru vineyards around their home villages of Chigny-Les-Roses, Luds and Rilly la Montage. The long tirage time and the use of a high proportion of reserve wine has marked the house style, and in fact is a distinguishing feature of Champagne Gardet.

Attractive citrus, vanilla, pear, roasted nut and subtle honey aromas signal a fine Champagne experience is about to unfold. The elegant lightly creamed mousse coats the palate with soft lemon, brioche and fine nutty characters evolving through to a captivating finish of gala apple and freshly baked bread. A very fine bead sustains the long complex finish, unfurling further complexity with every sip.

#GardetChampagneDemiSec
A Champagne dominated by its full creaminess. The Gardet Demi-Sec is a version of the Brut Tradition with higher dosage. Ideal for those who appreciate smooth, sweet wines, it is truly shown in its best light at dessert, where it matches fruity scents with creamy, smooth textures and mildness with the sweetness of its wine.

A tender, creamy body dominated by scents of wine, brioche, bread and dried fruits and nuts.  A perfect wine for desserts, especially ones that have a fruit base. Custard cream, creamy cheese and ice cream... though obviously not all at once!

Perfect alliance of the three grapes, this elegant wine perfectly expresses the style of Champagne Gardet, modern and traditional at the same time.

Winey aroma with brioche. It calls to mind pastries, cake batter and baked delicacies. Warm notes of ripe yellow fruits, principally apricot, come to the front. On the palate it comes through in a delicate blend, a long upward stroke of vibrant brilliance. Then the structured body, full and fine, comes through. The balance is one of fully-rounded strength and candied fruit, orange peel and angelica aromas. The finish is fresh and persistent with a delicate complexity. A dinner champagne, to serve with braised red meats, rich poultry such as goose or capon simply cooked so as to reveal all the meat’s intense flavour.
