Star of Bombay is produced in small batches at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery (Laverstoke Mill, Hampshire, England - see left for photos of the distillery). Master Distiller, Nik Fordham was inspired by the innovative, new distillery and its Thomas Heatherwick-designed glass houses, and wanted to create a new expression of the Bombay signature Gin, with a distinctive, intriguing character of its very own. Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti and his team sourced the new, exotic ingredients, while Nik worked on the new distillation process.
