'La Cuvée' is pale gold in colour with fine bubbles and a generous mousse. It is is full-bodied and creamy, but bright and fresh, with lively citrus, green apple and honeysuckle flavours on the palate. Although it works brilliantly with delicate canapés and seafood, it also makes an elegant aperitif. Best served between 8° and 10°C.
